Unfear - Facing Change in an Era of Uncertainty

Are Fear Based Behaviors Getting in the Way of Your Success?

What is the opposite of a fear in a leadership context? It’s not fearless - which can lead to reckless behavior, it’s UNFEAR. Karlin Sloan is a dynamic & facilitative speaker who engages her audience through stories, discussion, and group process. Her sessions are designed as a combination of lecture, interactive exercises & provocative dialogue. This interactive session is designed to evoke dilogue, develop peer relationships, and to provide valuable tools to use in leadership & management that get us out of survival mode and into purposeful contribution to something greater than ourselves.

Through this session you will:
• Stop making decisions out of fear that are getting you - and your company - in hot water.
• Understand the four practices of Unfear and how leaders use them with theirselves and their teams
• Leave with practical tools to use in life and work
• Experience first-hand how to get ourselves out of survival mode, and into a place of purpose and engagement
