Trust Matters!  Webinar, Friday October 7, 2011

Trust matters: between managers and employees, between customers and suppliers, between people in teams and team members, and one to one.

Trust is the core issue impacting organizational, team and leadership effectiveness. Low levels of trust directly create high turnover, absenteeism, low morale, stifled innovation, inefficiency, damaged reputation, loss of profitability and declines in customer loyalty and goodwill.

This session explores the impact of trust in the workplace and the need for organizations to have a common language and approach that allows for the development of a culture built on trust. Learn a behavioral model individuals and organizations can use to create, develop and sustain trusting relationships.
