Spend a Saturday morning with other Booth families at the Art Institute. Your guide, Khloe Karova, MBA 2006, will describe major art movements through the lens of aesthetics and economic context. We will start with Dutch still lives and the birth of modern financial instruments and move on to Neo-Classicism and the Napoleonic era. Then end the tour with Impressionism and the Industrial Revolution. This is a fun event for history buffs and economists. Kids of all ages are welcome. This is a stroller-friendly tour. Participants will buy tickets to the Art Institute at their own expense. Space is limited to 25.

Meet in the Modern Wing lobby past the turnstiles. Access is on Monroe Street. Wear your University of Chicago apparel.
