Caregiver Storm: Your Blueprint for Surviving the Elder Care Process

We’re all getting older. And at some point you will most likely find yourself in a position where you are either providing assistance to loved ones or accepting that help yourself.

Neither situation is ideal - but both are almost inevitable as our society grows older. The best thing any of us can do for our families is to prepare. The elder law process is complicated and it’s easy to think you’re alone on the journey.

You’re not.

Across America families like yours are dealing with the stress of aging relatives. And while there is no magic wand to make it all go away, there are ways to mitigate the financial burden and retain dignity for our loved ones.

In this webinar you will learn:

- What surprises you can look forward to during the elder care process

- Ten tips to help you prepare yourself emotionally, financially and legally

- Your rights as a caregiver vs. the state

About the Speaker

Ben Neiburger is an author, speaker and elder law attorney at Generation Law, He is one of just a few attorney’s in Illinois to also have a CPA after his name. Because of this distinction he brings a unique perspective when he speaks to audiences about the emerging crisis in elder care support.

His latest book Brighter Skies: Your Blueprint for Surviving the Elder Care Process was written for caregivers. It’s filled with tips and tools to help mitigate the stress and uncertainty that comes from our new roles and responsibilities caring for loved ones.

It’s not the jaunty, happy subject matter of a motivational speaker.   But it’s a topic every individual will eventually have to deal with.
